General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Consignment.
By participating in a JLS Auctions event, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

Buyers Account Required.
You must create a bidder account on our online auction platform to participate in sales.

Valid Credit Card.
A valid credit card is required upon registration to activate your account and validate your bids.

Responsibility for Bids.
All bids you place are your sole responsibility. Purchase Commitment. Every winning bid represents a binding legal commitment to purchase.

Buyer's Premium.
A 15% auction fee is added to the final amount of each lot won.

Payment.
Payments are exclusively accepted by credit card.

Collection.
Items must be collected within a maximum of seven (7) days following the end of the auction. Pickup is by appointment only, arranged via telephone or email.

Uncollected Lots.
Lots not collected within the specified timeframe may be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Storage fees of $15 per lot, per week may apply without further notice.

Final Sale.
All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, without any legal warranty or guarantee of functionality. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Sellers (Consignors)Registration.
You must register as a consignor seller during your first consignment.

Drop-off of Items. Items for sale must be brought to our premises located at 3-1435 av De Meulles, St-Hyacinthe, Québec, J2S 6Z3.

Commission.
An 18% commission is deducted from the final sale price of each sold lot.

Administrative Fees.
A fee of $1 per lot applies for photography, handling, and storage.

Starting Bid.
Unless otherwise stated, all lots are listed with a minimum starting bid of $5.

Unsold Items.
Unsold items must be recovered within seven (7) days of the end of the auction. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of them at our sole discretion.

Refused Items.
We reserve the right to refuse any item deemed non-compliant, dangerous, illegal, counterfeit, or incompatible with our policies and values.

Shipping, Shipping Request.
Buyers wishing to have their items shipped must inform us as soon as possible after the auction ends.

Fees.
Shipping costs must be paid in full before dispatch. The cost corresponds to the actual carrier rate, plus a handling fee of $5 per lot.

Tracking.
A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once the package has been handed over.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been processed.
